Managing Director
With over 25 years’ experience in property and finance across Australia and internationally, Christopher has built a strong portfolio of quality residential, industrial and retail developments for DCD.
As Managing Director and leader of the family business, he guides the team through every stage of the development lifecycle - from site acquisition and financing through to completion and ongoing property management.
Christopher values thoughtful site selection and is focused on delivering the best possible outcomes for both investors and the wider community.
James Angus
Construction Director
James leads DCD’s development and construction activities, with a focus on delivering impactful projects that shape communities and create long‑term value.
Bringing more than 19 years’ experience as a commercial construction manager and development leader, James is known for his practical approach, reliability and strong collaboration across all project stakeholders.
His outcome‑driven mindset plays a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
Frank Riccio
Development Director
Frank’s role as Development Director centres on identifying potential sites and undertaking detailed feasibility analysis across both new opportunities and current DCD projects.
With nearly 15 years’ experience in the property valuation field, Frank brings strong market insight and analytical depth to the development process.
He takes a long‑term view of development and values a team‑first approach to achieving consistently strong project outcomes.
Kylie Page
Executive Assistant
With more than 15 years’ experience in the property industry, Kylie plays an important role in the day to day running of the business.
Working closely with leadership and colleagues, she helps manage priorities, keep information flowing and ensure the team stays organised as projects progress.
Alongside her support role, Kylie focuses on improving internal processes, bringing a calm practical approach that adds structure and consistency to how the team operates.
